April Night Meadow Sage is a compact upright herbaceous perennial with medium green foliage and tall spikes of tiny two-lipped violet-blue flowers in late spring through summer.  Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant, but regular watering and deadheading encourage re-blooming.
