This semi-dwarf Japanese variety is a vigorous, fast growing plant that produces large crops of beefy, round fruit with thin, purple-red skin.

   Harvest: Large fruit in mid August

   Pollination: Self-pollinating, but cross-pollination by a different variety of mid Spring blooming Japanese plum tree within 50 feet is key to its growth and success.
