Bird's Nest Spruce is a slow-growing dwarf conifer shrub with a dense flattened global habit and horizontal branching of gray green needles that emerge bright green.  Prefers full sun and evenly moist, well-drained acidic soils. Tolerates deer, drought, and urban conditions.
Though typically listed as growing to 2-3ft, this is at 10yrs and can continue grow up to 8ft high and 12ft spread.
